White Grape Tom Collins

A delicious, summer twist on the classic gin cocktail!

  • 1.5 oz of Gin

  • 1.0 oz of Simple Syrup

  • 6-7 White Grapes

  • Juice from 1/2 a Lemon

  • Top with Soda

  • Mint Sprig Garnish

Drop your grapes into your shaker with the simple syrup and muddle, then add the lemon and gin.  Fill your glass full with ice, dump the ice into your shaker, then shake!  Then dump everything back into your glass and top with soda, and garnish with the mint sprig.

**As always, the soda should just be an extra top off, not a full mixer.  So once you shake and dump everything back into your glass, if your ice gets low from the shaker, add some more ice before you top with soda.  You can also up the gin to 2.0oz for a stronger cocktail.
