Violet Daquiri




  • 2oz of White Rum

  • 1oz of Lime Juice

  • 0.5oz of Violet Syrup

  • 0.5oz of Coco Real Cream of Coconut 

Add all of the ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake!  Then strain into a frosted martini glass or coupe glass and garnish with a lime wheel.   

**For the violet syrup, I like this one from Monin.
