S'Mores Espresso Martini




  • 1.5oz of Baileys

  • 1oz of Vodka

  • 1oz of Espresso

  • 1oz of Toasted Marshmallow Syrup

  • Garnish: Chocolate & Graham Cracker Rim, Toasted Marshmallow

Dip the rim of your martini glass in chocolate syrup, and then dip it in crushed graham crackers until the rim is coated.  Add the first four ingredients into your shaker with ice, then shake!  Strain into your martini glass.  Carefully toast a large marshmallow on a non-flammable martini pick with a cooking torch, then add to your martini.  Enjoy!  


**I also tried this with 1oz of Kahlua instead of espresso, which tasted great!  I just used 0.5oz of the syrup instead, since Kahlua is sweet.  I've seen people substitute espresso for cold brew concentrate, that could probably work here as well if you don't have espresso.
