Brown Sugar & Oat Milk

Espresso Martini

Turn the trendy new iced espresso drink at Starbucks into a delicious, boozy treat with this delicious brown sugar & oat milk espresso martini!  I love how customizable espresso martinis are - you can make them more sweet, more strong on the espresso, more creamy, more boozy, however you like!  



  • 1 oz of Vodka 

  • 1.5 oz of freshly brewed Espresso

  • 0.75 oz of Kahlua

  • 0.75 oz of Brown Sugar Syrup

  • 1 oz of Silk's Oat Yeah Vanilla Oat Milk Creamer

  • Garnish with three Espresso Beans

Add all ingredients (except your garnish) into your shaker with ice and shake! Pour into a frosted martini glass, then garnish with the three espresso beans.


**You can add more creamer if you'd like a creamier martini.  You can also substitute the creamer for 1oz of Bailey's. For a sweeter cocktail, nix the vodka, do a double shot of espresso, and add 0.5oz of Frangelico Hazelnut Liqueur.

**For brown sugar syrup, mix equal parts brown sugar & hot water and stir until sugar dissolves.
